Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ORYN, every product is made to order. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@shoporyn.com with your order details.

Once production has begun, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue
  • Different from the item ordered

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request, include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
